Ducati 996 R/1114 ccm
996 R with Öhlins racing fork and radial brake calipers, small thin racing brake disks from brembo. Radial clutch and brake master cylinder and slipper clutch.
Wheels are from Marchesini with bigger axle at frontwheel. Stack multi instrument with all necessary displays, magnesium racing swingarm with racing rocker for rear suspension. Adjustable stearing head full CNC milled from billet alloy.
KLS quick shifter, quick change adapter for rear sprocket, MR rear sets.
Open race exhaust, 145 PS.
Most of these cycles have approx. 138-142 horsepower from stock. An increase of approx.. 4-6 hp arises with the fine-adjustment of the cam shaft times. Costs depending upon expenditure approx.. 250 € excl. tax.
In case of disassembling the cylinder heads and revision of the combustion chambers, valve bags, the valves, the squeezing edge and channels an increase of approx. 10 hp results in connection with the fine-adjustment of the cam times. Total price for both heads 985 € excl. tax. Plus gasket set approx. 45 €.

Next stage combines with high compression pistons. Price per set is 696 €. Results in an increased output approx. of 13-15 hp. In addition for the optimal adjustableness a connecting module, a powercommander or a new, modified computer for the fuel injection system is needed. Price starting from 349 € to 598 €.
The tuning of the stages or the package requires a co-ordination expenditure on the test stand of approx. 100 € excl. tax for the small stages and approx. 250 € excl. tax for the larger. The installation of the module costs approx. 100 € excl. tax. For the large stage with pistons a larger exhaust system is presupposed, so that the engine is accordingly thermally relieved. The prices for it starts at 1750 € till approx. 2500 € depending upon version and manufacturer.
Further stages for racing with larger valves a.s.o. require also a Racing radiator. Customers with racing inquiries should calculate with a house internal dyno test procedure.
