Week 11/2007


At the moment we are preparing this 2 valve Racer for the actual season. The engine got some more ccm (1100ccm) and headporting and all of this tuning jobs. The injection, now 50mm throttle body with short manifolds and some other parts must be modified. The frame and swingarm are from a 999. The adapting plates for the rear damper are cnc milled from alloy. When finished it looks nearly like our 4V Testa bike. Right now we do the side fairings with big air inlets for better cooling of the vertical cylinder. More datas and pictures will follow step by step.
